On the itinerant list, some students do not have a grade listed, even if the grade is listed on their Student Detail View.

Prohibit SEEDS from moving class lists and itinerant lists to a year previous from the current one.

When I enroll a student to an itinerant list who is open enrolled, I am not able to see the Resident District.

In the past, users could roll over an Itinerant List to provider/list in the current school year.  This option is no longer available. An error message shows up when a user tries to roll over in the current year.

From the PDF of the I-3 or I-3P, when copying text from a goal field, when you paste into another document, a portion of the goal duplicates.

When the A2-AS and A3-AS are completed for a re-evaluation, the dates do not auto-fill into the Data Collection form.

On the A-2AS edit view, team members are repeating.

When the button is pushed on the S-9 to create an S-9-S, the corresponding S-9-S is blank. It should be a duplicate of the S-9.

On the I-3P, in the print preview, when progress is added for an objective, it prints ALL objectives and progress for ALL goals, instead of just for the corresponding chart.

The Self Assessment event may not match the forms that are automatically created. To fix, forms needed in the Self-Assessment event can be uploaded as a PDF from other events in SEEDS.

On the PTP page there is a ?, when you click on it, a separate web page comes up that says page not found.

On the S-12AS, the word "in" is missing in both the print and edit views.

If text is entered in the textboxes for Related Services, "None needed to benefit from special education" can still be checked. In the print view,

"None needed" will show up, and the textboxes will not show up, even though there is text entered in them.

In the final question of tab 3, in the I-3, the Alternate District-Wide Assessment has a +Espanol button, but nothing happens when you click it.

S-2AS will not save as draft, final, or in progress. When a user clicks the button, the button spins but does not save data on the form.

When users try to create the Labels by Itinerant or classroom report, an error message appears:

If a student has an enrollment with an end date in their current district, they will not show up on the Assessment Accommodation report.

In the Assessment Accommodation Report CSV:

If a student has "Other" marked it in their I-3 on tab III, it does not show what is written in "Other" space. Instead, it just says Y/N.

If a student has Small Group/1:1 Testing, it does not show up on the CSV.

ACT:

If a student has extra time listed in their I-3 on tab III, the amount does not show on the Accommodation Report.

Active Student Report is omitting students who are marked as Private School Students when the district of residence is different than the district of placement

When you click View Report, an error message comes up instead of creating a PDF of the report.

When a user creates an IEP Data Report, chooses classroom, and then chooses Page Breaks, then chooses Progress Reports/Goals, each goal prints on a separate page in the PDF.

When a user tries to save a configuration in Export of Student Data that includes either Medicaid or Shortened Day, those 2 items do not save in the configuration. The rest of the configuration saves as expected.

In V3, Eval in Process would automatically check Yes when an Initial or Reeval event was created. Those same parameters are not happening in V4.

As a user, when I click the reports under Quick Links in the Dashboard, I want to be able to print the report by clicking the "Print PDF" button. This button does not currently work.

When a user has the zoom set to over 100%, or the screen is not maximized, lists show up behind banners.

On the Evaluation tab, it should say "Review/Revise IEP/Service Plan Meeting Date."

When the exact number of Calendar Days is 60, an error message shows up and a user must enter the Eval Late Reason.

Note: TIE record can still be sent by entering the Eval Reason, clicking Save, deleting the Eval Reason, and sending the record.
