On the Communication Options page, when you hide a field not used, it is not hidden on the printed page.
An event is able to be deleted by a user with full delete permissions, even if there are archived forms in the event.

When a TIE record is sent, the TIE Status at the bottom of the TIE record for the individual student shows "Unsent." Even if the filter for Sent is chosen, the TIE status still says "Unsent."

When a user adds their name from the dropdown in Toolbox- Settings and preferences - District Support, the name disappears overnight.
When a new student is created, and the user clicks "Save as Final," the button spins, but it doesn't return the user to the student's main page. Every time that Save as Final is clicked, a new entry for the student is created.
On a form from a previous year, the age and name of the student is the current information, but it should be the information from when the form was created.
PDFs cannot be uploaded consistently if they are too large in size.

If there is anything in the “Unselected Disability Related Needs” column on Tab V of the I-3, the I-3-S3 will not save because this information is pulled into the I-3-S3.

Nightly emails that notified staff of upcoming due Evals/IEPs have stopped sending.
When viewing the I-2 in any historical events, the Last Evaluation Meeting Date pulls what is currently showing in the Eval Tab of the student detail view.
Updated I-3-P to validate Date of Review when progress is entered in Key for Measuring Progress text box to prevent loss of data.

The filter for IEP and/or Eval are not working as expected in the IEP Due Report.

Dates on the I-2 are different on the print preview than they are on the edit mode for some districts. It has happened in both the ending date and implementation date.
Dates in section II need a validation. They must be on or after the date in the first line of the form "On [date}, via the Receipt of Referral". This validation was active at one point, but is no longer working.
When a student's Student Detail View>Print Label/Envelope is clicked on and the parent's name is selected along with Label and any label with the exception of the 1st upper left label is used, an error message is thrown.
On the A-3, under section IV, when using the Spanish translation option, the box that appears with the "other" option disappears all together when the option to open a translation box is selected.
When saving an I-5AS, the form throws an error.
All participants from the A-2 should prefill into the A-3. Currently only the top 3 participants from the A-2 are prefilling to the A-3.

In the I-3, on tab I, in question 6 (blind or visually impaired) text in question 6.c does not who when printing.
When a phone number is entered on the A-7, it deletes when the form is saved to final.
The phone number is entered, the form is saved to final.
The user returns to the form, and the phone number is gone.
On the I-2, if a secondary impairment is listed, it cannot be deleted, as there is no X there to remove what is in that field.
The A-6 has an upload option within the form (tab 3). Change this to follow the format of the other uploads, which attaches them on the outside of the form.
Idea: Add attach link function inside of the I-1.
Reason: With more IEPs occurring virtually, it would allow for districts to include links to the online meeting platform.
