Add a student name to the body of the Paperwork Review Email
Add a Revert button next to each form so users can revert a form saved to final back to draft.
When the assessment tab in the I-3 is not filled out, the I-3 can still be saved in final. The questions are not part of the validations. If assessment tab is not complete, the I-3 should not save in Final.
Tab I
Initial Evaluation Initiated
At the bottom of this section, add:

Under Initial or Reevaluation Initiated, the A-3 Received date should push to the Student Detail View Consent Received date (add green background because they push to student Evaluation tab)
Add the word "setting" to lines in Environmental Codes section:
Total Minutes in Special Education Setting Per Week:
Under Impairment Information, at the bottom of the section, add:
This student attends a shortened day: Yes/No
This student receives Medicaid services: Yes/No
These should push to the new fields on the Student Detail View (add green background because they push to student Evaluation tab)
Tab II
Special Education Dismiss Date field should pull from the A-7
Next to Consent Revoked, add:
date field for Placement Consent Revoked, which should push to the Student detail view>Evaluation Tab>Placement Consent Revoked field when using the "update student detail view" button.
On the Student Detail View, Evaluation Tab, add:
Attends Shortened Day 🔲
Medicaid Services 🔲
Put under the Program>Adapted PE. This should pull from the DC or be able to be hand entered.
Add "Consent Received Date" from the DC form to the student’s Evaluation tab on the Student Detail View. This should pull from the DC when "update student detail" button is used.
This should also be the date that is used in TIE records and the Eval Timeline Report.
All of these field also needs to be added to the Export of Student Data Report.
This is a new form that pulls info from the I-3 (Goals and Service section) to create a functional data collection form for teachers to gather data on goal progress.
In the Locked Forms report, identify each form that has a lock and include a hyperlink to the actual form so the user can save the form correctly in order to unlock the form.
On the S-10, there is no need for a "for district use only" area on the bottom of the form. Remove that section:
